Settlement Account
To receive payments via the terminal, a merchant account with the payment acquirer is required.
If you do not yet have a merchant account, follow the steps below.
Submit Application
The application to create a merchant account is available in the portal under Profile > Merchant Account.
The contact data entered in the application is sent by EV24 directly to the payment acquirer, who will contact you regarding the contract signing.
Contract
Signing a contract with the payment acquirer is required to create a settlement account and obtain a Merchant ID (MID).
Account Activation
The payment acquirer supporting EV24 will register the obtained MID in the service.
The status of your settlement account is available in the portal under Profile > Merchant Account.
After activation, you will see the Merchant ID required for terminal setup.
Having a merchant account number (MID) is required before proceeding to terminal activation.
