Settlement Account
To receive payments via the terminal, a merchant account with the payment acquirer is required.
If you do not yet have a merchant account, follow the steps below.
Submit Application
The application to create a merchant account is available in the portal under Profile > Merchant Account.
The contact data entered in the application is sent by EV24® directly to the payment acquirer, who will contact you regarding the contract signing.
Contract
Signing a contract with the payment acquirer is required to create a settlement account and obtain a Merchant ID (MID).
Account Activation
The payment acquirer supporting EV24® will register the obtained MID in the service.
The status of your settlement account is available in the portal under Profile > Merchant Account.
After activation, you will see the Merchant ID required for terminal setup.
Having a merchant account number (MID) is required before proceeding to terminal activation.
