Drivers
A driver is a person in the fleet identified by first name, last name and e-mail address. A driver does not need an account in the platform to charge — charging is started with an RFID card or a PIN code. Every driver belongs to a chosen fleet group.

Adding a driver
Driver data
Fill in the identification data and assign the fleet group.
Access
Assign RFID/PIN cards and the station scope.
Reimbursements
Optionally enable reimbursements for home charging, together with the rate and the stations covered by the reimbursement.
The driver energy limit works together with the group and card limits — at the start of charging the lowest active limit applies.
Driver card
The driver card presents in one place:
| Section | Content |
|---|---|
| Access | Assigned RFID/PIN cards and station scope |
| Limits | Energy limit and current usage in the period |
| Reimbursements | Configuration and calculated reimbursement amounts |
| Sessions | Summary and list of charging sessions in the period |
The external identifier is visible on the reimbursements list and in the settlements export, which makes it easier to reconcile costs and reimbursements with payroll.
