KSeF
Requirements for Clients and Partners operating in Poland 🇵🇱
It is mandatory to register invoices in the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), which means every invoice generated by the EV24 system will be sent to KSeF. For the process to be automatic, you need to grant the appropriate permissions if your account requires it.
Granting permissions
When should I grant EV24 permissions in KSeF?
- I have an Operator or Partner account
- I have a Basic or Standard Plan - EV24 issues VAT invoices for drivers on behalf of my company
- I have an Individual Plan and the settlement between me and EV24 is based on VAT invoices
- I settle with the Service by receiving remuneration based on VAT invoices
When do I not need to grant EV24 permissions in KSeF?
- I have a Private Plan
- I have an Individual Plan and the settlement between me and EV24 is based on a Debit Note
What happens if I don’t grant permissions in KSeF?
We will not be able to automatically issue invoices for your clients or on your behalf. We will notify you and send you the information you need to issue the invoices yourself.
