The service delivery model defines your role and ours in operating the EV charging process.
Role Distribution

Charging Station Operator – responsible for physical installation and maintenance of the charging infrastructure, energy supply, station servicing, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Charging Service Provider – serves end users (drivers), manages pricing, invoicing, payment handling, subscriptions, reporting, and makes the station available through a mobile app or portal.

Charging Technology Provider – delivers the IT system for managing chargers (platform), integration with payment systems, driver app, backend and API interfaces, as well as technical support for the software.
